Rival groups of Eritreans confronted each other as Israeli riot police intervened. More than 140 injuries were reported. Tens of thousands of homes are still without power following the storm on Wednesday. Guatemala's newly elected president has accused prosecutors of taking steps to prevent him from taking power.
