At high speed windsurfers tend to lean their sails against the wind. This enables sails to operate as an airplane wing and eventually have the board take off. From this observation was born an 18ft Voilavion prototype, a real flying nautical experimental platform. Voilavion 18ft test platform was designed to test all kinds of rigs and foils in order to find the best compromise between speed, navigation comfort and pleasure.
