A4988320 Chaplin is a cuddly 3-year-old gray-and-white male Pit Bull and Staffordshire Bull Terrier mix who came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on August 30th as a stray from El Monte. Weighing 53 lbs, Chaplin is a real sweetie who is quick to roll over for a belly rub. He’s great on leash, shows signs of housebreaking, and is friendly with other dogs. He loves people and relishes their companionship--he was responsive and eager to please his handler, and leaned in for pets and cuddles. Not surprisingly given what a great fellow he is, Chaplin sailed through his shelter-administered temperament test. We think he would be an ideal companion to an individual or a family. Chaplin already knows how to “sit” -- give him a chance and he will “stay” in your heart. United Hope for Animals is not a facility.
