I used FreeCAD to design a set of bevel gears and I 3D printed them That is a set of bevel gears with a 1/3 ratio at a 90 degree angle with a strait involute tooth profile. Once you understand the design, it will allow you to do any ratio at any angle. There is excellent information at this link: Design a set of miter gears tutorial:
