Here is a video of a performance of the McNiff Irish Dancers. This video is intended to be both historical and educational. It is one of the earliest nationally televised performances of the McNiff dancers. The performance is historically significant since the Ulster style of Irish dance (known for its more complicated steps) was made popular in the US by the McNiffs in the 1950s-1960s. Also, performing with the McNiffs is Jimmy Erwin (who taught Donny Golden who, in turn, taught Micheal Flatley of Riverdance fame). Additionally, Larry Redican (who was a Fleadh Cheoil music champion along with Paddy O'Brien and Jack Coen) is playing the fiddle for the dancers. For more info see
