The proper studying of Karate passes through three methods: Kihon, Kata, and Kumite. The geometric figure that best represents this idea is an equilateral triangle where the Kihon is the ground and the Kata, and the Kumite are the sides. Exactly like in the equilateral triangle, where the more extensive the base the more the sides rise, in Karate the more the practice of Kihon is constant and thorough the more Kata and Kumite can improve.
