Today's workout for kids brings Tabata exercise that's a more intense cardio routine to burn fat faster! Tabata workouts are a kind of exercise that's made with aerobic exercises, in order to burn lots of fat and calories, and to improve stamina and the health of the whole body. We'll start with all standing fast-paced movements with 10 seconds of rest in between, then the second phase is all mat exercises, and we’ll do in it more repetitions. With this routine, the little ones will perform very intense exercises in a short period of time, because Tabata workout's a high-intensity interval training!
