Port Gamble Heritage Park | Hiking the Southern Half | YMCA Here

Due to the Taylor Swift concert, Seattle Mariners game, Bite of Seattle, and several major road closures we had to find a hike close to home. We decided to go back to the Port Gamble Heritage Park and see what the southern half had to offer. It was a fun and easy hike of 6 miles and only 600 feet of elevation gain. At the end of the hike we go through the clear cut area that a developer wants to build a YMCA complex and at least 80 homes, seems like an odd place for a massive development.
