patient had a large popliteal aneurysm,causing pain, erosion of bones and foot drop,she underwent endovascular repair for same with good results, was able to walk on next day and had resolving foot drop, no pain on walking, advancement in technology has done wonders for these type of patients,reducing a lot of morbidity and limb loss.
