Dragon squat session (follow along flexibility and strength)

Welcome back everyone! This time we are focusing on this lovely skill. I think it is a great demonstration of lower body balance, flexibility and strength! Worth noting is that in order to gain the most out of this session you should be comfortable with some of the single leg squat variations BUT the session itself can still be valuable even if you're not there yet! It is also quite heavy on adductors/groin area so be mindful of that (hence why I added some extra adductor drills). As always, rep ranges and duration is only a suggestion, be free to add more reps and sets if you wish but without sacrificing your form.
