In this 30 Min COMPACT Full Body DUMBBELL Workout | Build & Burn | No Repeat , we will have 8 bundles, each consisting of 3 movements. The first two movements target several muscle groups, and the last one targets the core section. We will be performing the first two exercises of each bundle for 45 seconds and the core movement for 40 seconds, with a 15-second rest between the exercises and a 25-second rest after each bundle. At the end of the workout, we will have a finisher bundle with 6 exercises, each lasting 40 seconds, with 15 seconds of rest in between.
