The video's finale particularly hammers home the pandemic vibe, with the faceless character allowing us to super-impose our own unique experience. Neil used a rotoscoping technique throughout this video, which clearly shows a lot of love and hard work. The sounds have been translated in an almost synesthesia-like fashion, creating an overall atmosphere that matches the dreary music. Perhaps this pandemic has been a wake up for a lot of us.
