Substrate89 - part two - freediving documentary

Three months prior to Nataliia Zharkova's freediving 89 meter CWT bifin world record, she entered into a series of smaller freediving competitions. The documentary substrate89 houses one of these satellite competitions: 'The redccup' held in Dahab, Egypt. Nataliia used the reccup as a means to pilot her training toward a peak performance yet to come at the CMAS world championships, held in Cas, Turkey - October 2018. In a sense, the redccup was part of the underlining layers to her success.
