Doctors at Gaza's largest medical facility, Al Shifa, say they're completely cut off from the outside world. Under siege by Israeli forces, they have no electricity, medicine or clean water. Israel maintains Hamas uses the hospital as a command centre – something refuted by both staff and the group.
