Despite a dull forecast a day out shooting landscapes in the Lake District produced some good images as I adapted to the conditions on the day. You don't need blue skies and fluffy white clouds to make good pictures, just read the light and shoot what works best. This means removing bland skies and cropping in with longer lenses rather than using your wideangle. See the full sized images here: Equipment used: Intrepid 4x5 MkII 150mm Nik
