Vivian Vieritz is 93 years young (Sept 2015) and stands 4 foot 11 inches tall. She has been teaching Yoga for many decades and continues to do so. We contacted Vivian for interview because of her being the elder sister of Shirley Thoms, a wonderful yodeller and the first individual woman to record Country Music in Australia. Vivian had many other stories of course including her love of music and dancing. She still attends old time and square dancing on a weekly basis. Her attitude to life and healthy living is inspirational and her robust health and flexibility a testament to her regime. I took the liberty of putting a little of Shirley Thom's music under her sister Vivian's voice.
