It is not uncommon to mess up the bashrc file when making changes to it. Sometime it may be a minor thing and sometimes it can be a bigger pain in the butt and lock you out of your computer - I've been there. This video will show you a common way how to restore bashrc to defaults. I show how to do it on Linux Mint, but it should work for other major Linux distros like Ubuntu and Diabian just the same.
