budgie playing on her back

update: for the concerned, this is normal playful budgie behavior. this is a video from when hayato was a baby budgie, when she would frequently grab things and flip herself onto her back to goof around. she was in control of the situation the whole time, and could flip herself back over whenever she wanted to. it is true the cord was not the best of ideas, but i monitored her closely the whole time.
