A witch's ritual meditation in honour of Imbolc (1 Feb). Imbolc, a fire festival, is the feast day of Saint Brigid, Ireland's patroness saint. Imbolc symbolises the midpoint between the winter solstice (Yule) and the spring equinox (Ostara). Imbolc means “in the belly of the Mother,“ because the seeds of spring are beginning to stir in the belly of Mother Earth.
