Genetics, though, has always been the basis of anthropology until recent history when it was usurped by Franz Boas and the Frankfurt School. Genetics is the primary determinant in the development of humans and civilizations alike and this includes languages. I’m willing to do a language-based presentation, but this will integrate the hereditary component of the evolution of linguistics.
