Velehk, also known as Captain Velehk Sain and the Pirate King of the Abecean, is a Dremora pirate and one of Molag Bal’s generals that appear at Dark Anchors across Tamriel. Prior to the Planemeld, he and his crew had been terrorizing the Abecean Sea to the west of Tamriel.
