Globe Barbell Museum in England

This museum in England, a private collection, houses an extremely rare original dumbbell () from Hippolyte Triat, the father of the modern gymnasium, possibly belonging to Triat’s own collection. It also houses the two original Middleweight dumbbells belonging to Thomas Inch (144lb and 153lb) and what is widely acknowledged to be the Inch’s shot loadable (75lb empty) dumbbell shown on the famous Pathe film (which over time has its end nuts replaced).
