Churros with Coffee Custard Sauce Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Pani (Water) 1 Cup -Makhan (Butter) ½ Cup (room temperature) -Namak (Salt) 1/4 tsp -Vanilla essence 1 tsp -Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 & ½ Cups -Anday (Eggs) 3 (room temperature) -Rafhan corn oil for frying -Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 Cup -Instant coffee ½ tbs Prepare Coffee Custard Sauce: -Doodh (Milk) 2 Cups -Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 3 tbs or to taste -Instant coffee 1 tsp -Rafhan custard powder 2-3 tbs -Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup D
