A tour of the Osprey 2000 as we go from Kootenay Bay to Balfour landing on Kootenay lake in British Columbia, Canada. Really beautiful ride, even if it is a bit noisy. I love this lake sitting in the middle of the mountains! The ferry itself takes 30 minutes and is free, though you do sometimes end up waiting a bit especially during the winter season. It counts as part of highway 3a, and is the prettiest way to get from Creston to Nelson (sorry Salmo!)
