The famous city in the footsteps of Don Quixote is Consuegra. It is designed for photos and videos. Very impressive and worth a visit! Consuegra arises in the Manchego plain to offer us all the brushstrokes of Manchego and Castilian typism. But, undoubtedly, the image that Consuegra leaves engraved in the memory of visitors is that of the Calderico hill lined with windmills; there we can perfectly imagine the battle of Don Quixote against the giants, pure essence of the ideal that both the character and his author, Miguel de Cervantes, embody.
