Anni 5's considerably easier than Anni 4, but that's probably because there's like no bosses to fight. There are no manual skill activations used in this run. Why not? Because Annihilation is long and I don't feel like micromanaging everything for an entire 15-20 minutes. This is a setup for lazy people like me. I'm pretty sure that if you were to micromanage your skills, it'd turn out better and would be more reliable, but for me, this is good enough. The operators here are E2 and max level. I don't know if lower levels would work. Chances are, they definitely could but I have no way of confirming that since I cannot reduce my own operators' levels. For those wondering: Ceobe's S1 at Skill Level 7 has a 2.5 second long bind attached to it on auto attack and can stack up twice.
