The original owner of this car amassed the largest collection of cars in the world, through a limitless budget and passion for all things automotive. They spent close to $80m with Pininfarina alone. All 288 GTO's were built in Rosso Corsa and left-hand drive, including this example which was subsequently return it to Pininfarina in Turin and refinished in Nero with a red stripe down the waistline and fitted with a bespoke interior as well as being converted to right-hand drive.
