Simple Taoist exercises to maintain health and fitness, based on the theories of Chinese medicine, yin/yang harmony, balance of the five elements, meridians and collaterals. The author of the complex is considered to be Zhang Sanfeng, the creator of the “Wudan Mountain Inner Family School of Fist”.
