HIYA! Here is a live PV or music video of the song “missantroop“ by Japanese visual-kei rock band Madeth gray'll. This video was taken from the “螺旋階段と記憶“ (Rasen Kaiden to Kioku) VHS, which released in 1998. It was ripped using a super high-quality VCR, and upscaled to 4K using advanced AI technology. This is the “demo version“ of the song, as the demo tape version of the song was the only version that existed when the VHS released. missantroop got rerecorded later, and that rerecording was included in Madeth's final studio album. Some people prefer the demo version, other people prefer the album version. Madeth gray'll was an extremely influential band of the late-90s “kote kei“ scene in Japan. They started many trends, and gave way to a heavier sound that would emerge in visual-kei of the early 2000s. They were true visionaries, and their music is some of the “purest“ visual-kei music out there in my opinion. Visual Flower Archive is an effort to, as the name suggests, archive the amazing musical movement that is visual-kei of Japan, in the highest quality possible. A ton of this music only released on cassettes and VHS tapes in the 90s, and never got officially published digitally, and tapes degrade over time, so it is important to properly digitise and carefully archive these unique parts musical history with the best equipment possible, so that they don't get lost forever. It is run by “A Certain Flower Prince“.
