15 minute as many rounds and reps (amrap) as possible. This is a fun workout that challenges skill, cardio and mobility all in 15 minutes. Don't worry if you can't do one of the movements you can always scale it. If you can't do double under just do single unders, if you don't have a skipping rope just do jumping jacks. Assault bike and rower can be swaped for running and if you don't feel comfortable with over head squats just do front squats. This workout was programmed by District H Strength and Conditioning gym based in Houston Texas.
