UKRAINE ATTACKS PRE-WAR RUSSIA’S KIROV REGION FOR FIRST TIME since start of Special Operation - civilians film loud blasts as at least 4 drones attack town of Kotelnich, hitting oil depot and setting it on fire (1st video). Oil depot also rages with fire in Rostov-on-Don, pre-war South Russia after assault by Ukrainian UAVs (2nd video) - No casualties reported as none managed to reach target of Russian military bases, with several shot down by air defenses.
