The Rotary Vee Engine Running. They start it with a drill and this the engine running before they figured out how to eliminate the smokie blow by this WAS inherent in all 2 cycle engines. The cure is the shape of the top of the piston. This one is turning about 5000 RPM and puts out about 300 HP and weighs 75 lbs. This same engine went on to turn OVER 28,000 RPM.
