Join me while I take a tour of the historic Craigdarroch Castle in beautiful Victoria, BC. The Castle, originally owned by the Dunsmuir Family is one of Canada’s most grand. Craigdarroch Castle is a historic landmark in Victoria, BC and is a popular tourist destination. I explore the four floors as well as the tower in this fine example of historic architecture. It is interesting to learn of Craigdarroch Castle’s many previous uses including as a military hospital, Victoria Conservatory of Music as well as School Board offices. The castle is operated by a non-profit charity, which is dedicated to the upkeep, maintenance and restoration of this one-of-a-kind landmark.
