Just a random series of shots testing out a 57 year old Panavision Superama 16mm Anamorphic Adapter. The adapter was attached to a Nikon Ai-s 50mm 1.4 as that was the widest lens that didn't have a lot of vignetting. Stretching the image back to normal brought the BMCC's horizontal resolution of 2400 all the way to 4400 (with a vertical resolution of 1350.) The Panavision is sharp enough when the Nikon was stopped down to 4-5.6 and has beautiful color and contrast when paired with the nikon. And I just can
