Ramadan Iftar II: Another festive Turkish menu with simple ingredients. The first dish is “İslim Kebabı“ It is sauteed meat wrapped in thin eggplant slices. Traditionally we use beef or lamb, but this time I made it with chicken breasts. I am completing my menu with “cacik“ cucumber & cold yogurt soup and “Sütlaç,“ Turkish rice pudding with a caramelized top.
