Five Ancestors (Wuzu Quan) Kung Fu's Weapons & History - Masters of Fujian ep3

In Quanzhou, the most popular style practiced is Wuzu Quan, or Five Ancestors. This style takes Taizu Quan as its basis, and adds elements of four other styles. In this two part episode, we learn about Wuzu Quan from Master Zhang Xiao Feng. In this series I team up with Jesse Enkamp aka the Karate Nerd to travel to Fujian province, Southwest China. We are here to explore the arts of Southern Shaolin, particularly the arts of White Crane, Five Ancestors and Luohan.
