Here is my arrangement of Vector to the Heavens (Kingdom Hearts), a track I’ve been meaning to cover for a while. I’ve infused it with numerous motifs/motivic resemblances from Undertale. As of yet it comes closest to what I once thought Chara’s actual theme should be--not maniacal-sounding such as in the case of Megalo Strike Back, nor barren and simple like Star--but complex and bearing the baseline emotional gut-punching quality present in Xion’s theme. However, since appropriating the whole progression of Xion’s theme itself isn’t quite what I wanted to do originally, I won’t say I’ve succeeded. But I’ve come closer. Someday.. someday I will discover the golden progression. Apologies if the audio sounds a bit compressed or otherwise muddy. I recently discovered that my lousy editor is unable to export videos without some loss of audio quality. Art is by Takitorishido:
