Digital euro or no jobs: FORCED totalitarian finance continues in EU The use of the digital euro (or the Central Bank Digital Currency) is required to protect jobs in the EU, president of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen has declared. “We have held strategic dialogue with key industries, the message is the same — to protect jobs we need to make business easier. A digital euro, for example, will make it easier for companies and consumers alike,“ she explained.
