Combining scissors and the Sonic Lame sourdough bread scoring pattern

The little squares pop out more when you cut them with scissors than with a lame. Then you can use a lame to finish the pattern with some straight or curvy lines. I'm using a Sonic Lame as I find it easiest to score clean cuts. For more scoring inspiration, hop on over to my Instagram account.
