Lamprea is the first single from the third album of Terrestre, Maere. “Lamprea” portrays humans as parasitic agents within the ecosystems they inhabit. As hosts, they face the dilemma of feeding off and weakening their host without killing it, since their survival depends solely on it. The difference being that the planet will continue to exist long after it has suffered enough to kill its parasite. Terrestre is an instrumental postrock / postmetal band from Spain, and Maere is its forthcoming third studio album. Maere will be released on Belgian label Dunk! Records, USA label A Thousand Arms, and Spanish labels Nooirax Poducciones, Noizeland Records, Muerte Matar Records, Hombre Montaña and Lengua Armada.
