My first visit to USA 1998! Maestro Laonel Hampton became my godfather in the world of jazz! It was the most significant stage in my musical career! I was very excited that day of the concert with Maestro Lionel Hampton! The day before this performance, Lionel Hampton listened to me perform with the outstanding musicians Grady Tate, Bill Charlap and Santi Debriano! After the performance, Hampton said that you would play with my orchestra! Unforgettable time! Hampton opened the Gateway to Jazz music for me! It fully corresponds to its nickname GATE!
