You already know 21s for biceps curls. Here’s a new version of 21s where you do 7 squats, 7 RDLs, and 7 sumos all without putting the bar down. All three exercises are great and work the legs and glutes in a different manner, so this lets you reap the benefits of all of them in one mechanical drop set, starting with hardest variation and getting progressively easier as you fatigue.
