Neighborhood EYESORE hasn't been cut for MONTHS - I made it the BEST LAWN ON THE BLOCK

I saw this home while driving down the street and it looked AWFUL! I went up to knock on the door to offer to clean it up for the homeowner. But, when I got to the porch, I saw a ton of mail stuffed in the mailbox. This usually isn't a good sign because it means nobody is living there. I knocked anyways with no answer and took a peek through the front window. The home was completely empty.
