While Aang was struggling to come to terms with his role in ending the 100 Years War and the implications of his final battle against Firelord Ozai – he called upon his prior Avatar incarnations for help. Avatar Roku, Avatar Kyoshi, Avatar Kuruk, and Avatar Yangchen didn't exacty tell Aang what he wanted to hear, but their sage wisdom was still impactful in helping Aang shape his own path and ultimately deciding to take away Ozai's bending.
