A Gen Alpha kid's Turbo Fighter. Got this for myself from Target for $. Yes, I bought this for myself. You can imagine the looks I was given due to me being a 15 year old, walking out with a giant toy dinosaur toy in my hand, alone, without a car, all the way back to my house... lol. They give a fairly normal sized item this huge of a box to make kids want to buy it more, but if it worked on a 15 year old dude, you could say they did a pretty good job on that aspect lol. But, I got it, and I've been eyeing it for a while now, so now that I finally had the money, I decided to just go for it. I was 100% expecting to make a video of it and return it just like that car I uploaded, but after what I saw it do I was kind of thinking about keeping it lol. I've seen other videos of various Zuru Robo Alive dinosaurs and stuff, just for show, and they all seemed like crap to me. They literally have spinning knobs moving the legs, and that causes the majority of the smaller ones to move really fast and stupid lol. I guess it's for internal gear durability, but it's not good when it comes to execution lol. But when I turned this on, I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. It looks like it'd be a tedious repair, judging by how it's one of those annoying mechs which do new movements as it keeps going on. But, obviously it walls slow, so that's good. For a newer dinosaur robot, the walking is never really straight anymore, so I'm not phased by that. But, when I saw it shoot the missile on its own, I was really impressed. They really jammed a whole bunch of interesting movements into this thing for a modern toy, but like I said before it probably makes it even harder to repair. I thought the slime was for something, but no it's just for show. Of course, you can take it out and play with it, but I was expecting to have to put it inside of the cannon or something, which thank god I did not have to do. I found out that there was removable armor after reading the manual, and damn, I thought I was never going to see something like that again. It's pretty cool, it definitely lived over my expectations, but it's still not as good as an original Turbo Fighter for example. It's a pretty nice deal nowadays for 25 dollars, and you don't gotta get one, but if you've been eyeing some of the Zuru thingies like my idiotic self was for a while, you can get all you want lol. Have a good day.
