Join me in my ping pong shadow practice part TWO!:D Now it’s getting more three dimensional. We’re moving back and forward, side-to-side, down and upwards. It’s getting more complex so I’m trying to break it down reeeaal simple. I’m a slow Turttle but persistent in my approach 🐢🏓😜 It’s totally fine to press pause during this. Not just to take a short rest but also to do one excercise longer;) It’s good if you start off slow. Once you’re more consistent and fluent in your movement, you can go faster! I think it’s a great way to work on your footwork and get more flexible at the table. I need this to become a better player! So let’s go!
