The second offering of this Colombian duo, through the amazing Enclave Magico Indomito. Coagula's music remains deeply rooted in the harsh traditions of black metal. However, this duo manages to infuse their sound with a unique atmospheric quality, blending ferocity with an eerie, melodic undertone. The rawness is meticulously balanced by intricate transitions that are perfectly integrated into their compositions, adding layers of harmony to the otherwise stark soundscape. This results in a dynamic listening experience that shifts between aggression and haunting beauty. A notable aspect of the record is the vocal performance., that often reaches quite high-pitched, wailing tones reminiscent of depressive black metal, injecting a sense of emotional intensity and despair into the music.
