To purchase this car or for more information: To view 3000 classic or exotics, For Sale: To sell your classic or exotic - Call (866) 383-1416 or Visit: Gateway Classic Cars Houston showroom is proud to present this beefy white 1970 Buick GS Stage 1. While it may be dressed to look like a GSX, it's still a full-on “real deal“ GS Stage 1. Packing a potent 340HP 455 CID Buick V8 that's backed by a Muncie 4-speed manual transmission, with a 12-bolt rear end that has gears and Positrac, this is a fine example of what has come to be recognized as one of GM's most potent boulevard brawlers from the late 1960's to early 1970's. While it may not be a numbers-matching car, it's definitely done very well. The white paint and GSX graphics will catch everyone's attention, and the performance will demonstrate that it's got serious chops. According to its owner, both the engine and transmission were rebuilt less than 4000 miles ago, so this beast is ready to rumble for many years to come. Sporting its GSX rear spoiler, factory hood tach and functional ram air intake ducts, this is one fun car to cruise in, and be seen in. Inside, the black interior is in very good shape, with very well-kept black vinyl bucket seats up front, and bench seat out back. The carpet, dash, and remainder of the interior show very well also. With front disc brakes and good radial rubber meeting the road, this car stops well for a beast of its size. This 1970 Buick GS Stage 1 has AM/FM Radio, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Chromed Buick Rally Wheels, Positraction, Raised White Letter Radial Tires, Seat Belts, Spare Tire and Jack, and Vinyl Interior. Lots of Buick fans are looking for a GS this nice, so don't let them beat you to it and snag this one out from under you!
