driving transistor is : D3797F transistor OR D3787F ( i cannot read it). nice little circuit has a minimum of components will charge much faster with more voltage than the supplied by the AA batt. it will charge faster but quickly will exceed the 330 V rating so be careful. Purchased from Electronic Goldmine in AZ 2 plus years ago.
