Enjoy my new song guys! HUGE shout out to @CG5 for letting me do a full production in his studio, he is amazing!! So, inspiration behind writing basically had a night where I was feeling gypped about life. You know? It’s so short, and there’s so many things I’m not ready for, like growing old, not having my parents around and time slipping away so quickly. When i was a kid i thought I’d never get to HS, then as a Freshman it felt like id never graduate and now I’m going into my Junior year of College and you start to realize, life is going by in the blink of an eye. My parents are looking older, my cute siblings aren’t babies anymore and it’ll be gone and over before we know it. Which kinda sucks. I want more time. So I essentially wrote a song about all these things I hate haha. But then I realized, as I keep an eternal perspective, everything will be okay, and if I have to be here despite all the things I hate, I may as well live for the things I love. Like God, my family, running
